Andrea Kitzmann, Broker Associate and Director of Operations for The Lauren Ashley Team brings over 15 years of award-winning real estate expertise. With multiple certifications and a commitment to innovation, she continuously refines her approach through advanced training and seminars.
Andrea launched her real estate career in 2009, quickly gaining recognition for her organizational and leadership skills. After founding her own team with Keller Williams in 2013, she expanded to Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland, and Washington D.C. before returning to Texas in 2017. Her strategic leadership helped her team achieve the #2 ranking at Keller Williams Realty International in 2023.
A Houston Association of Realtors’ 20 Under 40 honoree, Andrea is a proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie. She and her husband, Clint, share a passion for real estate and animal rescue, dedicating time to fostering and caring for their four beloved rescue dogs.
