Tim was fantastic in every aspect of the real estate transaction. He had incredible knowledge of our area and knew how to price our house so that it would sell fast. From the beginning of the process (painting the interior so that it would show better, staging, making all the necessary fixtures, etc..) to the end (dealing with the escrow-he was on the phone with them 9pm Saturday night to make sure the deal did not fall through), Tim was there 24 hours/ 7 days a week to answer any questions my wife and I had. I highly recommend Tim whether you are buying or selling. Tim helped us find the perfect home we were looking for and in the right price range. We were burned out looking for homes and finally decided to give up. Some months later, although we were not actively looking, Tim called and said he found a home for another client who decided not to buy and that he thought it was worth our looking at.
