With my background in finance, I understand the importance of finding a home that comfortably fits a family’s budget. I’ve been working with Spinell Homes as a real estate agent for more than four years and I specialize in new construction. I enjoy new construction because it gives people the opportunity to customize a home and purchase exactly what they need for their unique family. I enjoy meeting with new customers to discuss floor plans, neighborhoods, and upgrades.
My role is to help buyers get the home that works best for their family and stays within their budget. Affordability stretches beyond the mortgage, it extends to upkeep and energy.
