He has held leadership positions in state and national associations, including past president of the Vermont Association of Realtors. Spera's listings include a variety of properties, from historic buildings to luxury homes with stunning views. He enjoys skiing, golfing, snowshoeing, fly fishing, and even showing properties by helicopter.
