Lisa Sutton
Lisa Sutton’s journey from the bustling cities of Texas to the serene mountains of Northern New Mexico was fueled by a lifelong desire for a different way of life. After working summers at Philmont Scout Ranch while attending Southwest Texas State University, she fell in love with the region’s beauty and sense of community. In 1992, she made the move permanent, trading city life for the outdoors.
What started as a year of adventure as a ski bum in Angel Fire turned into a lasting home. Lisa joined the Ski Patrol and, more than a decade later, remains deeply rooted in the community. Her passion for Northern New Mexico shines through in her real estate career, where she helps clients find their perfect home in the mountains she loves. With firsthand knowledge of the area’s lifestyle and charm, Lisa is dedicated to making her clients’ dreams a reality.
Testimonials
What clients and colleagues have to say about Lisa.
I have utilized brokers to buy and sell homes in different areas in recent years and in my experience, Lisa Sutton was by far the best real estate broker to actually "get the job done". Her knowledge of the market and years of experience helped bracket a realistic value to be achieved by the home and accomplish a sale. Her professionalism and prompt responses to my inquiries gave me the confidence that she was "doing what needed to be done to make my home sell". Lisa's guidance was extremely valuable.

Lisa took time to understand what we were looking for and used her experience to advise us on the upsides and downsides of that in a way that we appreciated. She provided so much helpful context and was also patient in showing us different properties so we could better narrow our criteria. She went above and beyond in being available to help with so many pieces of the bidding and closing process. We're very excited about joining the Angel Fire community and are recommending her to our friends who are interested in the area.
