Josh Tucker
Josh Tucker brings a unique blend of leadership, industry expertise, and dedication to the Lake Norman real estate market. Before joining HM Properties in 2019, he served as Managing Partner and Broker-in-Charge of Anchor Real Estate, a firm he co-founded with NASCAR driver Greg Biffle. His leadership also helped Compass Real Estate Group surpass $20 million in sales.
Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Josh earned a B.A. in Business from the University of Texas at Austin before moving to North Carolina in 2002. He spent a decade working with NASCAR’s top teams and drivers, developing the work ethic, motivation, and loyalty that now define his real estate career.
An avid animal advocate, Josh is the President of Lake Norman Humane, Inc. He lives in Mooresville, enjoys time on the lake, and travels to NASCAR races throughout the season.
