We selected Debby bc we liked the presence of MHM in Boulder, and interviewed her in particular bc of her varied experience/education/reviews. Due to circumstances, we bought our house from OOS. Without Debby’s opinion/guidance/crazy responsiveness (meeting so many tradesmen at the house/availability throughout the process!!), we would not have been able to close on this house and start our next chapter.
